Jared’s keynote on The 3 C’s for Creating the Future, helped me rethink my relationship to the future. I no longer see the future as something to fear, but instead seeing uncertainty as an opportunity to envision a new future. In other words, You can't see what you can't imagine.
I attended Jared’s keynote at the AAIE 2019 conference. The theme was ‘Being on time for the Future’. Preparing our students for a future that is uncertain has been a taking point at many schools and between many educators for quite some time. Jared’s talk was different because he challenged the idea of the future and made us think about creating the future rather than preparing for it. I particularly enjoyed his breakout session where we looked at future trends and discussed the opportunities and challenges that would come with them.
As leaders, it’s vital we begin thinking more deeply and differently about the future. Jared’s workshops will give you the tools to not only think differently, but take action in a new and more proactive way.
As a futurist, Jared’s insights are firmly grounded in the present, and whose foresight is inspired by real people and organizations and their quest for innovation and change.
